OK, it’s been a while I know.
What can I say, I completely underestimated the amount of work involved to run not one, but two blogs.
(Lesson learnt there folks!)
Anyhow, I hope you’ll forgive my absence for the last few weeks and that this post will make it all up to you, a little.
Because today, I want to celebrate and champion the little black dress, otherwise known as the LBD.
(You know something is good when it’s known by just capitals, right?!)
I love this black, sixties-inspired Fever London dress. It’s been in my possession for about nine months now and I’ve worn it several times.
It’s classic, it’s easy to wear and best of all, somehow, it makes me feel French, perhaps a little Parisian even!
H AVE you ever looked at your wedding dress or a special dress and wished that you could wear it again?
And not only wear it again but be photographed in it again, looking and feeling like a million dollars?
Sometimes in life things (as we all know) don’t turn out quite as we may have hoped which is exactly what happened to Hayley Siddall on her wedding day.
The big day – which should have been all taken care of for her by wedding professionals – ended up being somewhat of a challenge for the bride, leaving Hayley stressed and disappointed.
Her photographer had to pull out at the last minute due to serious health issues and then her wedding co-ordinator didn’t do what she was supposed to do.
All of which meant that Hayley had to spent the majority of her wedding morning sorting things out at the last minute, which left her very little time to get ready herself.
